lol i love making people deck out
This is untested! :(

Pokemon: 15
2 Pachirisu
4 Rhyhorn
3 Rhydon
4 Rhyperior
1 Baltoy
1 Claydol

Trainer: 35
4 Pokedex
4 Super Scoop up
3 Great Ball
4 Quickball
4 Rare candy
2 Time-space distortion
2 night maintenance (preferably all TSDs)
1 Crystal Beach (just incase)...to slow down gardylade decks
1 Battle Frontier (to cripple delcattys)
3 Professor Birch
1 Team Galactic's Wager
2 Steven's Advice
2 Warp point
3 Bebe's search (so Gardylade decks have to lose one card to use my celio's)

Energy: 10
4 Scramble Energy
6 Fighting energy

Strategy, pretty simple
Start with Pachirisu, search for 2 rhyhorn and a Baltoy.
Deckout your opponent with rhyperiors :)
if you get a little lucky, you can discard some of their "KEY" Cards, and the number of cards in his/her deck becomes smaller
this deck focuses on decking your opponent out till they cant draw
When you have Bebe's, quickballs and Great balls to keep getting your rhyperiors and other basics out
Pachirisu gets rid of Cessation Crystals.Crystal beach to slow down decks that rely on DREs, Scamble and Boost (mainly G&G, Magmotar and blissey [the 3 main pokemon decks in the format])

Rhyperior's Tanking ability is Awesome, it can take 2-3 hits with its 140HP
unless its a Gallade =.=

pachirisu really helps this deck alot because it can help set up multiple rhyperiors at the same time

I love making rogue decks at this time :)

i'll try this at battle roads

New version, taken into consideration ^^

Needs Absol. This deck works really well with Absol as a starter, and even functions as your primary attacker throughout the game.

It's nice that you're thinking about how GG uses Telepass, but you can use it as a way to work against them. For example, if they Telepass a Steven's when you have a full bench, they lose 6 cards from their deck. That's 2 Rhyperiors! And Holon Mentor instead of Roseanne's means that if they do use it, they have to discard a card from their hand, and they can only get basics instead of energy.

YOU NEED ABSOL!!!
-4 Pokedex, -1 Crystal Beach, -1 TSD, -4 Quick ball, -3 Great ball, -3 Birch
+4 Absol, + 1 Bebes Search, +3 Roesannes Research, +3 POV, +2 Warp points, +1 Scott, +2 Fightining Energy

Hmmm, so i played a deck, deck last year and there are a couple of problems:
1- No Briney, Super Scoop is a gamble...
2- When people see what your doing they will stall you, and you aren't a fast hitter and you will most likely have more prizes left.

Changes to deck list
1- Replace all stadiums with Holon Circle (There is no way Rhyperior pure power can win, its attack is awful) Holon Cirlce Helps you stall and they don't hurt you. Also protects from Gardivor Psychic Lock which will kill you over and over again.
2- Take out pachirisu and replace with windstorm and mentors
3- Increase your HP or your Defense with Unknown E or Buffer Piece
4- Reduce your energies to 4 (Preferably 4 Scramble)
5a- Add Healing, Massive healing, Night Pokemon Center
5b- Play a Tyranatar Line (2 or 3) (MT) You'll be behind!
6b- Run Warp Point/Switches (2 or 3) late game use

Other comments
1- The only other pokemon to discard 3 of the opponents deck that I can think of is Entei, but its pretty hard to do since you have to knock them out.
2- I find that when ever I play against GG it has a massive hand of uselessness after its set up and starts beating me down. So maybe a 1-1 line Delcatty EX Constrain

Crystal beach wont be as good, cuz most of the time you will rely on your scrambles to attack with rhyperior.
Battle Frontier isnt as good anymore either, cuz most magmortar decks (ones that ran delcatty) run claydol now. and togekiss only needs to work once so 1 BF wont help. If you really want to run a stadium, i ran speed stadium =] i know its gimmicky, but it can help you setup, get rid of CrystalBeaches, and help them deck faster (if they are dumb enough to use it =])

Making the claydol a 2-2 helps with speed to get out your rhyperiors faster. And if you use your trainers...claydol can help you draw even more.

4 TSD and NM is excessive. Usually, you wont even have the resources to re-rhyperior that much. I play 2 at most in my version.

Bebes.... im still swaying between bebes and celios. with celios they take one out and put nothing back, speeding the decking process. But with bebes, its like taking a pokemon and keeping the deck size the same.

One last thing, you need windstorm for the occasional Cessation. Against a cessation, you cant do much.
and as others said before... ABSOL!

A swampert might help?
Since rhyperior takes so many hits, you'll be able to move energy around as you want generally without worry, which if you see a rhyperior losing its steam, just transfer energy to another so he can start up his attack.
Top it off, swamperts attack discards the top card of the deck if you end up having to use him, making the discarding go a bit quicker.

Side comment: using bebe's search to make gardevoir "use" a card, generally helps them. It shoves a card back into their deck which is against the goal of the deck and secondly, since its emptying their hand, they can use cosmic power if they run claydol to draw more and have more of a chance to get what they're looking for.

I've seen very well working list of Rypherior/Nidoqueen d/Claydol. List incleded 4x Holon Circle, some Speed Stadiums. 4 SSU, 4 NM. 5 Energys (4 Scramble, 1 DRE). Strategy was to discard 8-12 x 3 = 24-36 cards from top of opponents deck. 6 Cards to Prizes + 7 Cards to set up = Beginnigng of game opponent have 60-(6+7)= 47 Cards in his/her deck. Then Discard 24-36 Cards from it and there is 23-11 cards remaining. that means 11-23 turns time if he don't do anything else to his deck than draw a card at beginning of each turn.

It can be good. But there is no space to Energys (attack is useless) He will lose 1 Rypherior (-3 discard) and the whole deck i abaut decking, Not taking all prizes.
