I think you should test this deck out before trying to submit it for review. I mean, that's just my opinion. Also, why the 1 Budew? Is there a back up plan should a main attacker get taken out? Also, try a 2-2 Claydol (if you can get one) and throw out the Great Balls and Pokedex...not seeing those a lot these days and may/may not slow the deck down.

Ok, I ran a deck similar to this one. PkmnManiac is right cause you need to play test this first (if you haven't already). Tina is a beast to charge up. If you are thinking in terms of now then she is really not a good choice... however, with RR set coming Lucian's Assignment will allow to switch around Energy. This will be the only saving grace for Tina decks IMO and is why I am trying to build a deck around Tina. Anyways, if you are putting in skunk tank for Poison structure then you need a way to get stadiums if you are drawing bad. BTS for Roserade and Moonlight for free retreat.

I only run a G deck and in my experience Claydol is useless, I play 2 state tournies and regionals with a total 18 rounds and was only able to get Claydol out twice for one turn and really wasn't good. In a G deck with Cyrus, Bebe, and Rose it really is useless.

Strategy is a matter of opinion and what you are up against. Machamp/Gengar, Roserade and Toxicroak, everything else use Honch to spread, and Toxicroak to hit active then Tina to come in and Lost Zone the rest ( yes in theory is nice but it actually works). Again the only thing that will make her useful will be Lucian's IMO. Hope this makes sense :)
