can you use deevolution spray (base) on one of your pokemon, then evolve it again as long as you did not evolve, level up or play the pokemon that turn?

can you use deevolution spray on one of your pokemon, then evolve it again if you evolved or leveled up that turn?

can you use deevolution on a lv x and only remove the level up, not any evolution stages?

my instincts would say yes, no and no, but i could be wrong

No. When you devolve, that counts as that lower stage Pokemon having just come into play. Therefore, it does not meet the requirements to evolve that same turn, normally.

You can use Devo spray even if you just evolved. Effects don't have to obey timing rules.

If you devolve a level X, both the level up card and the stage card will go to the same place, depending on the exact method of devolving.

So that's a no, yes, yes. Sorry, the opposite of what you thought.
