I need help building a Deoxys deck!

When retreating and using Deoxys Ex Attack you discard energy so with Blaziken you can get the energy back! Deoxys and Deoxys EX have form change so whenever you need the other forms you can use that! With the draw cards, Celio's, and Macargo you can get some cards you need like blaziken! Help me with this deck idea for when I start playing league and weekly tournys!

IMO there's no need to play the non EX Deoxys or the Regular Deoxys EX - use 2/3 Atk Deoxys ex and 1/2 Defense Deoxys ex as a "Pseudowobb".
