I have a question in regards to the wording on Deoxys Defense forme, which states: "During your Opponent's next turn prevent all effects of an attack, and any damage done to Deoxys by attacks is reduced by 20."
Now my question is with the wording will it block any effect your opponents attack does or just effects done it it. For example, would Gardevoirs (SW) Psychic Lock still get the effect of disabling all opponent's poke powers for the turn if the opponent has used Deoxys defense formes attack? By how the attack is worded it would block that effect.
Or something simplier, would using a card drawing or searching effect, like Darkrai's Reach Over succeed or fail if Deoxys attack is in effect?
