Crystal Laser 20
During your next turn, Deoxys's attacks do 40 more damage to the defending pokemon (before applying Weakness and Resistance)
So, my question is, does this 40 damage stack? Lets say you sat and used Crystal laser once for 20 damage, used it the next turn for 60 damage, the next turn you use it, is it 100 damage or 60 damage? Because it doesn'y say "Add 40 damge to Crystal laser's BASE DAMAGE" Like some other cards do. (The octillery with lock-on or whatever says the attack's BASE DAMAGE changes, for example)
So, does it stack, or is it 60 each time after the first if you continue using it over and over?
