You need some Deoxys Cool Form in the deck before you even consider the deck imo

Needs to be in the Cards: Strategy, Rulings too btw.

I don't think it will be a strong deck, no.

They don't really have good attacks to be strong enough in this metagame.

Basic non-evolving, non-SP Pokemon that need 2-3 Energy to use bleh attacks are terrible.

You need hand disruption to make it work. And if it was an sp, by God that would be a fearsome deck. Above all, weakness really hurts the decks viability.
