The Flariados matchup is winnable, as is the flygon. I would consider flygon a slightly tougher mathup, though
 
I went 4-2 against Flygon in games today, including 1-2 loss in top 8. Sand Damage is !#&%*!%#!^#%!& but it's winnable.

hello everyone.....

Just an update on Destiny....

For all those people that said "it only won because it was a surprise". I would like to share some results with you....

Canada, 5-1 top8 (screwed on ruling)
Illinois, 5-2 missed on resistance
Illinois, 5-2 7th seed, 4th place after 2 scoops by me
Illinois, 5-2 5th seed, 2nd place after winning game 1, then castofrm starts.:frown:

Still waiting on a Florida result....

This deck is so much fun to play.... It has SO many options against the widest variety of decks...

While I thought Flygon was tough, I proceeded to 6-0, 6-0, and 6,3 three of them. I did lost to Chriscobis Flygon, mostly to bad draws and horrible prizes. Even with that, All I needed was and Electric energy to win the game.

While it doesnt win EVERY game, it is consistant enough to get you into the cuts. Good luck creating your own vesion...

In Florida, Zach went 5-2 in swiss, won in top16 and lost in top8 to Eric Craig.

I would like to add that it came 5th in NE Regionals after coming in 6-1 in swiss, second seed, losing to Flygon
 
Oh ya,

It also won the 11-14 division, going 6-1 and undefeated in in the cut. Another one made top 8.

As much as I love the deck, Destiny just didn't do that well this week. It didn't win a single regionals in the masters division. Every deck that was doing well before Destiny showed up is still doing well. This IS just one week, I know that. But I think it's quite interesting how a deck made to tech against the big decks (MSN, MetaNite, etc) doesn't seem to be beating them.

I was not there but I would think if Jimmy doesn't scoop that he wins that Regional?
 
Scoops could mean two thing. He either has a horrible start and has to scoop, or he lets his friend have an effortless win and scoops. In the latter case, it would still be up in the air if Jimmy would have won the tournament if he hadn't have scooped twice.

If ANYONE is going to win a tournament with the deck, it's going to be Jimmy.

I will let your team name speak for your comments. I think Destiny did AWESOME this week. It took $4000 in scholarships from rockford alone. I'd say that was a good day.
