Wanted to share my list with everyone, and try to get some small changes before Regionals. The main cause of my losses is really just because of poor hands, I feel that the deck itself is quite consistent. I've only lost to Luxchomp and Machamp. Please help me!

Description

My list is kind of strange, but it works. I don't exactly like it personally, but I don't have any trouble with this list and gives me pretty good match-ups for any deck. Some quirks:

2-1 Dialga G: I know that 3 optimizes your chances starting with it, but I find that once I get my Dialga tank going, there's absolutely no use for a 3rd one and it often becomes dead draw.

Skunktank G / Snowpoint: This helps me so much against non-SP decks such as Gyarados and different forms of Gengar. I hate taking a risk by flipping for Fainting Spell, and a Belted Remove Lost + poison takes care of Gengar SF's. It helps me a lot, the extra damage really does add up.

1 Twins / 1 Lookers: Twins is one of the best cards in this deck IMO. It helps me so much. I know with SP, you should be winning in terms of prizes but sometimes, I don't have a great start and set up slowly (IE Tanking a Dialga or building up Garchomp), and the Twins can help a lot; especially when you can use it to search for Snowpoint and Belt.

As for Lookers, I had PONT / Copycat at first. I liked PONT but Copycat screwed me over a lot; I often only had it when my opponent had a few cards in their hand. Lookers let's me draw 1 less card than PONT but also let's me look at my opponent's hand, which is why I like it over the other two.

Cards I've Considered:

Blaziken FB Lv. X: Went 10-0 in two tournaments with Blaziken in my list; it actually helped a lot when Undaunted came out considering a lot of people ran Scizor Prime. I didn't think it would help that much anymore; considering that metal isn't run generally in my area and I hardly know any other Dialga / Garchomp players, which is why I cut it out.

Staraptor FB / Lv. X: I used him in my States list (Went 4-1 in Swiss before losing to crappy hands in cut), but I didn't think that he helped out that much. By the time Starpator FB comes out, I'm already pretty much set up and got a Cyrus chain going. I only really added him because I've had times where I drew dead and searching for a Supported really helped me out.

Uxie Lv. X / Smeargle: I think I should probably add Uxie back into my list, but I don't like Smeargle very much. I don't exactly have a reason, other than it just not helping me out very much and lost me my Top 4 match at States because of being locked by Roserade GL.

Chatot MD: Ran him because I hate having bad hands but didn't find him to help me out very much; along with the 60 HP.

Personal Matchups:

Vilegar / Lostgar: Highly Favorable

I've yet to lose to a Vilegar/Lostgar in a tournament yet. For Vilegar, I obviously set up my Dialga Lv. X ASAP, always keeping my two Bebe's and Communication in my hand along with Power Sprays so the Lv. X can't hit me. Skunktank G + Snowpoint makes it easier for me to kill them and harder for them to kill me. I've pretty much won when I can tank with Dialga Lv. X with a Belt / Snowpoint. As for Lostgar, I've only played one in a tournament and I only barely one; my opponent just couldn't get one last Pokemon into the Lost Zone. For this matchup, I try to play as many Pokemon as I can onto the field and avoid collecting Pokemon in my hand. I really haven't played against Lostgar very much, tips on how to beat it would help.

Luxchomp: 50 - 50

I hate playing against Luxchomp, mainly because there really isn't too much skill involved in the match-up as there is to luck. The main reason I lose against it is because of having really crappy hands and not being able to set up. If we have equally good hands, it's a bit harder for me because Luxchomp is generally a faster deck but I get out my Garchomp's / Ambipom / Dragonite ASAP. I tend to steer away from Dialga unless I start with it, because a Deafen-Lock late game really doesn't help much.

Suggestions:

1.

+ 1 Toxicroak G Promo
+ 1 Psychic Energy
- 1 Energy Exchanger

1 card missing?
Bad Luxchomp matchup?
Looks like a job for promocroak!
Except you need a psychic energy too..

Take out an Energy Exchanger for it.

If you oppose this, then I'd go for Uxie LvX.

The thing is with my Luxchomp matchup, my opponent often opts go not really use Luxray at all during the match and goes for Garchomp/techs, which is why I wasn't so sure of running Promocroak. Will consider it though.

If you decide not to, and machamp isn't an issue for you, Snowpoint temple is actually a very good solution in this deck. Try it out.

1 stadium won't help you against gyarados as he runs 3, so you will be able to poison him only once. I beleive dialgachomp needs 3 stadium cards or no skuntank G.
