If I were in a tournament and time was called, I had six prizes and my opponent had 10 (caused by Time Control) would I win the round or would I need to take more prizes?
After the round is over (including the + three turns currently used in Modified tournaments) the player with the fewest prizes wins, if the game has not already been won outright.
