The event is live now, you can go from the main title screen to your continue screen- select Mystery Gift- Receive Gift- open communications with YES- select GET VIA INTERNET- allow for the search, and Diance will arrive- then, go obtain from the Gal at the Pokémon Center.

This time around, this Diance will have a guaranteed 3 31 IV's and you are able to reset the game if you want to go for a good nature. Just do not save until you check the IV's. If you pick up Diance at the Battle Resort, you can walk over to the IV Checker Guy there.
