Crosplat: Uncut sheet and trash bag and 2 binders filled with miscellaneous Diamond and Pearl and earlier cards.

A few Worlds tees from years past (diff colors) and a US Nats Luxray shirt. Pia is such a sweetheart to think of so many others. She rec'd soooo much support that the Children's Hospital in San Diego will be getting a visit from her tomorrow with about 12-14 boxes of things. Thx all that gave!

The Children's Hospital drop box was a great idea! One problem with Worlds is it can be difficult to travel with too much stuff. We ended up having full bags after packing Piglet Draft donations. We dropped a few items in the Children's box that we won on site but didn't really need. I think I will borrow the idea and see if our PTOs will let me do something similar at some of our larger tournaments.

I gave a few things, lots of spare cards from the Prerelease, binder in the Top 32 winners package, hat, pencils, stickers, all that kind of stuff.

I had no idea Pia was organizing this, props to her!

I was able to get 8 additional Worlds bags from players and donated EVERY pack from them that wasn't english or japanese, which was a huge amount.

Dear All,

Thank you all soooo much for your generosity.

Because of you, and Dave Schwimmer and PUI, THANK YOU, I was able to send a big box of goodies to Liyan in Australia, and bring 10 boxes of t-shirts, caps, pens, bags, stickers, a gazillion cards etc. to the San Diego Children's hospital. They were very very grateful, and they will distribute the goodies between the hospital, the hospice and the Ronald McDonald house connected to them.

I felt quite guilty that some people had to "miss out" on the extra t-shirts at this years worlds, but my guilt disappeared when I dropped them all off at the hospital... sorry.

We received a mail from Liyan a few weeks back asking us to thank Mozz for all the wonderful things he sent - he was very happy and grateful and surprised by this unselfish act of kindness. Unfortunately Liyan is now back in hospital and we have not been able to talk to him yet, as he is very poorly. However, he knows that yet another box of goodies is on the way for him, so he has that to look forward to.

I truly hope that you will all want to participate in a collection again next year - it brought out a great sense of community, and I personally found it extremely rewarding to be able to participate in this. And it's great publicity for Pokemon and everyone involved with the game.

I shall remain forever grateful to you all .... for one I lack words to express my feelings... for those of you who know me, you know that this very rarely happens.

THANK YOU
Pia
