I was thinking the same thing about Switches or Warp Point in here to help get either a Mew or Sabeleye in the active spot more consistantly. Warp Point being more disruptive sounds like a better option for this. The Dual Ball and Great Ball along with Switch cards will hopefully allow a Mew Ex or Sableye to move into the active spot more consistantly so you don't waste a turn and an energy getting set up. Umbreon* sounds like a definate addition since it works right into your strategy. Girafarig sounds like another possible tech in this to help lock down your opponent, but it will only work with Mew Ex in the active spot. Other options to help set up 1st turn include free retreat basics like Latios Ex d and Kyogre Ex relieving the need for a switch card a little bit. Maybe something like this:
