do we get some kind of deal to get into disneyland for cheaper, since worlds is being held at the resort or somehting

Nope. The only 'deal' per se was that there were a block of rooms at the Hilton set aside for Pokemon Worlds attendees but those have been sold out for awhile now.

Well in 04 i stayed at the Grosvenoir hotel which was next to the hotel of worlds and they gave me a discount to any Disney park as a compliment to staying at the hotel. I don't know if the Hilton is the same way but i cant see why not.
I know this year the hotel is still doing discounts so i believe if you stay on the Disney resort you can get a park discount.
