(Any cards attached to this Pokemon, damage counters, Special Conditions, turns in play, and any other effects remain on the new Pokemon.) (Ability)

COMING INTO PLAY Questions:
If Ditto (BC) has already been in play from a previous turn, does this make a coming into play power/ability NOT trigger?

Examples - Play Ditto T1 and, then, transform to Azelf (LA) on T2.
Would this render Azelf LA's "Time Walk" unusable?
