Does Primal Breath cancel BTS?

Today my grandson played the Broken Time Space Stadium card:

Broken Time Space says: "Each player may evolve a Poekemon that he or she just played or evolved during that turn."

I attacked his active Pokemon with Aerodactyl GL's Primal Breath, which says "Your opponent can't play any Pokemon from his or her hand to evolve or to Level-Up the Defending Pokemon during his or her next turn"

We took that to mean that the Primal Breath attack had the effect of canceling the Stadium card for the duration of my grandson's next turn.

Did we get that right?

Almost. Primal Breath means you can't take any card from your hand to evolve/level the Pokemon that was attacked (no normal evo/level, no rare candy, no BTS as they all come from your hand - Level Max would work though it brings the PKMN from the deck not your hand). He could use BTS vs other PKMN on his side of the board.
