So the strategy is simple: Start with Phanpy or cleffa or tyrogue; if you start with donphan attach and get ready to have donphan ready to attack next turn, if you start with the other ones, try to get phanpy and retreat them (if you cant do it, use them). Cleffa is usefull for bad starts and tyrogue OHKO baby pokemon.
With damage counters on your pokemon, Machamp Prime attack Champ Buster is hitting with more, just use fighting tag to switch it with donphan. Try to setup a reuniclus to help your machamp's staying fresh and to distribute damage counters so Champ Buster can hit always with a lot of power.
Bouffalant it's there for koing rayquaza deoxys legends.

I guess it needs some changes, any suggestions?

reversal is a card i'm a fan of but only if it's maxed out. I like to think either 4 or 0. You want 3-4 Junk arms because you run Plus Power and you can stack them to get a need KO. I wouldn't Play Flower Shop becuase I'm pretty sure no one will KO 3 Donphans and 3 Machamps, but if i were you i'd increase to 4-4 donpahn since he is you best starter. Also, why Bouffallant? You can OHKO RDL with Champ Prime.

Switch is just in a bad case, i have fighting tag sou i guess i don't need one more. Tyrogue is good for early ko's on baby pokemon and flower shop lady doesn't pick 6 pokemon it picks 3 pokemon and 3 basic energy.
Bouffallant is really a need, because i need to have a full bench with damage counters to OHKO rayquaza deoxys!

I guess i'll take out the energy retrieval and the PETM and add 1 Junk Arm and 1 Reversal

i would take out the 1-1-1 line of relunclis for a 1-1 line of donphan and one more machoke because people will use reversal to bring out ur basics for easy prize i dont think 1-1-1 for a supporting pokemon is smart

i would have a 2-1-2 reuniclis i use it and it is amazing combine it with seeker and it is fantastic move most of the damage to one guy then seeker him up

+1-1 donpahn (u are goign to want to start wiht panphy )
+ 1 machoke
+1-0-1 reuniclis

I would def add Machoke cause it will up consistency.

i do not know what to take out but i would add a reshiram and a zekrom. they can suck up damage (ourtesy of the green blob) and then lay out some smackdown with outrage if need be

i'd take out the tyrogue for sure. machoke has an attack that does 30 and ignores poke-bodies meaning it can KO a sleeping baby for one energy, as opposed to tyrogue. as for what to add, i'd say another machoke or a junk arm.
