So, I've been playing Donmega since they announced that it would become hgss-on, and I really like it. So, after many many tweaks, here is the deck I have now once i replace my reversals with catchers.
Deck list:
Pokemon:
4-4 Donphan
3-3 Yanmega Prime rib
3 Cleffa
2 Tyrogue
1-1 Zoroark
T:S:S:
4 Judge
4 Copycat
3 Pokemon collector
4 plus power
4 Pokemon communication
3 J'Arm
2 switch
4 Pokemon Catcher
Nrg:
7 :fighting:
2 :colorless::colorless:
2 rescue
Strategic strategy of this deck xD:
The deck is based off of mostly synergy and disruption. The three main pokemon in the deck (zoroark, donphan, and yanmega) all cover each others weakness'. Zoroark is weak to fighting, which yanmega can take care of, yanmega's is electric, which donphan can take off, and donphan's is water but you dont see to many water decks going around, and you could say either yanmega or zoroark could handle that if it came down to it. Now, the basic disruption comes in with having judges, and catchers I count as almost disruption for the fact of being able to manipulate their active the way you want. The judges and copycat are obviously for yanmega's insight, but they come in handy when you a. dont have a yanmega out, or b. yanmega is not the attacker at that point in time.
Now, I would say you could use yanmega or donphan early game, and donphan mostly with a little yanmega here and there late game. Using Yanmega or Donphan early game really depends on the set up(I usually start out with donphan early game). Cleffas are in here for the obvious hand refresher, and tyrougues are BABY KILLERS!
So, hope you liked the deck. Comment, give feedback, and all those shenanigans.
