I really like this deck after testing it for awhile. It's got good draw now (maybe too much). but there some other cards i kinda want to fit in, like max potion.

Pokemon (16):
4-4 Donphan Prime
3 Zekrom BW
1 Reshiram BW
2-2 Zoroark BW

Trainers(31):
4 Bianca
4 Professor Oak's New Theory
3 Pokemon Collector
2 Professor Juniper
4 Junk Arm
3 PlusPower
4 Pokemon Catcher
4 Pokemon Communication
2 Switch
1 Ruins of Alph

Energy(13):
4 Double Colorless
4 Rainbow
5 Fighting

Strategy is pretty simple. Donphan damages the dragons to power up their outrage attack. Zekrom hits lots of things that gives donphan problems for weakness. Zoroark is there to help against reshiram decks and RDL.

Any help is appreciated.

Pokemon Catcher
Switch your opponent's active pokemon with 1 of his or her benched pokemon.

Bianca
Draw cards until you have 6 cards in your hand.

The following changes will make the deck much faster.

Dual ball lets you start setting up insanely quickly and still use a hand refresh supporter card like juniper.
Sages can grab you cards you really need without sacraficing a good hang plus they can get a switch in to the discard for you to jarm up letter. Rainbow add to the damage that outrage does and in especially dire circumstances can be used to use reshiram or zekroms second attacks. I feel that babies are too much of a liability right now, and if they aren't all ready they definitely will be once catcher comes out. You don't need two reshiram because not that many decks are weak to fire at the moment, this biggest thing I have used reshiram for is to cause kingdra primes attack to do less damage. Judge is a good card in many decks but I do not like it in this deck because i feel like it conflicts with the rest of the decks strategy. DD trys to win extremely quickly by setting up insanely fast and pounding out huge damage from the get go, so while judge will slow the opponent down it will also slow you down in many cases.

Once EP comes out it might be good to drop some of the sages for cheren's. Straight draw 3 is simply amazing.

things you could take out

1 reshiram
1-2 junk arm
1-2 ruins of alph
1 zekrom

Could drop any of these for more draw cards. You could also consider running rainbows to power up outrages faster/use the dragons 2nd attacks.

thanks king, i really think that was a push in the right direction. i do however think a 2nd reshiram is nice just so you dont have to worry about it getting prized against kingdra.
i also like PONT over, juniper, but i have never really tested juniper, so i'll give her a test run now, i can always change it back if i still dont like it.

heres the changes i made

-1 Manaphy
-1 Tyrogue
-2 Judge
-2 Collector
-3 PONT
-3 Fighting
-12

+3 Sage's Training
+2 Professor Juniper
+3 Dual ball
+4 Rainbow

A more consistent list in my opinion would take out dual ball, only because it's risky as you always have the chance of failing both coin flips. 4 Collector guarantee's you the 3 basics, heck dual ball can even cost you to lose if you flip bad. Also take out sage's sure it's a good card but if you discard the wrong cards it can cost you late games, so I would add in 2 more collector's and 2 more juniper along with a PONT, as always having that other supporter option is always a great benefit. Ruins of Alph can help your opponent more it can help you at times, most games it will be just sitting there as junk and you already have things to cover your weakness so it's useless to run that.

I had a lot of these same fears. However since DD is so easy to set up with the amount of hand refresh it has and still running 2 collector I personally find that sacrificing that little bit of consistency for the speed of dualball + a hand refresh supporter is worth the trade. As for sage's It's true that you may discard some things you need but I feel that is less of an issue with 4 JARM and in all honestly DD doesn't really do late game, it's goal is to setup and start wrecking, and essentially make sure there isn't even a late game. I like alph against mega honestly I wouldn't play DD without ruins of alph because of how strong yanmega is. It all depends on your play style though.

test some didnt really like all the discarding, so i took sages out, juniper stayed cause it is a nice clutch, but if i have to discard a dead hand with 3 donphans in it i may take that out. Wade reminded me of all the times i lost cause of double tails on initiative flips(once i play it twice in one turn and got all 4 tails), so ya collector will certainly avoid that. a friend told me about how good bianca was doing for him, so im trying that out at the moment, he also convinced me to get rid of on reshiram. as far as ruins of alph goes, its a good help against yanmega letting me 2hko it with no plus powers, that and zekrom make sure yanmega is never really much of a problem. i might take one out though.

anyway heres the changes i made, i still think i need a bit more draw

-1 Reshiram
-3 Sages Training
-3 Dual Ball
-1 Fighting
-8

+2 Bianca
+2 Pokemon Collector
+4 PONT

You only need 1 reshiram, its only use would be against Kingdra prime and even then you only need 1 and it can be on the bench. If anyone happens to have a grass deck, it wont be good at all since they arent any good grass pokemon, so you could just tear through it with donphan or zekrom.

i actually already had only one in there, i just forgot to change those numbers when i updated the list

thanks though

i noticed collector is never really as needed as i first though so i dropped on of them. also experimenting with one ruins of alph, not sure if its the best choice. replaced both with more draw support.

-1 collector
-1 ruins of alph

+2Bianca

There really is no point on running rainbow's if your just giving the zekrom and reshi DCE's to attack, after you'd be forced to be giving them to your Donphans which is really a bad thing. Also I tried Bianca and I loved it, with junk arm it's just a great draw power. I guess one ruin's of alph is good, considering yanmega as you can two shot it but then again Zekrom can just take care of it. What will you do against Beartic?

i havent regretted running rainbows at all, not only do nthey boost outrage, but they give me the option to bolt strike or blue flare if i need it. also i have been able to donk before my attaching one to phanpy, even if its very rare that happens.

i havent had a chance to playtest against beartic yet. i would try to outspeed them and get a good prize lead. if they set up, I would use switchs to get out and zoroark to lock back. if plume it out i would have to sacrifice a donphan, then send up zoroark.
its all theorymon though so i dont really know how well that will work.

I like the list and the concept.
Ruin of Alph is really good because your matcup vs Yanmega or anything with res. Fightning will boost a lot on your favor. IMHO it's better to find spaces for at least 3 Max Potion (or 2 since you have 4 Junk Arm).
I don't like Juniper (isn't that good without cards that search into discard pile or particular discard strategy ) and the third Zekrom. So you can:
-2 Juniper + 2 Max Potion.
Zekrom I don't know, for me 2 it's ok, but you don't have any Revive.....

ya, i want to fit those max potion in
but juniper has been doing a lot of good for me lately, i'll think about it though
might try taking out a zekrom too
but i dont know about only running 3 dragons, and then i'll start getting low on basics (i'll be left with 9)

What happens when you play VS donphan/yanmega?

Also
Bianica's not that good.
I would run anything else. (Sage, Cheren, Copycat etc)
