Donphan and wobuffet

My donphan KO's a manaphy that has the ability (if knocked out by an attack draw a card) by using spinning turn (switch this pokemon with a pokemon on your bench).
If I replace my donphan with a wobuffet (If active all your opponents abilities have no effect), does my opponent still get to draw the card from his manaphy?

sorry if these are not exactly correct tried doing this by memory!

You complete all effects of an attack before you check for and take care of Knocked Out Pokemon.
So, Wobbuffet will be the Active Pokemon at the time that Manaphy is KO'd and its Ability will have been turned off.
The opponent does not get to search their deck for a card.
