Donphan Prime and Benching

If I have a Donphan Prime, and use his Earthquake attack to knock out my opponent's last pokemon, but also knock out one of my bench pokemon, allowing the opponent to take their last prize, what happens? I wasn't sure rather it would be a draw (and hence sudden death), or if one player or the other would win.

If each player has won by one win condition, then it is a tie and Sudden Death is played.

If you had won by two win conditions, say you both KO'd their last Pokemon AND drew your last prize, then you would have won.
