Strategy: same as every donphan set up ASAP then hit hard
serperior to remove damage poke because of earthquake
umbreon is just a tech for some decks

I don't know if you'll need Umbreon in a HGSS-on format.
There aren't many Power/Body heavy decks that are popular that come to mind.
Of course, Conphan has a body, but he'll resist most damage thrown at it. And if they run Serperior too, then your Umbreon won't be able to do a thing and just stall until time (which come be a plan...) but then in that case it comes down to who took the first prize.
 
umbreon is my tech i cant remove it
i did not build this for a mega/phan
umbreon is my counter to Blastoise and lanturn prime since they have poke power

any suggestions

Have you considered running seeker since you are playing 3 switch??
