Double Rainbow and "Evolved Pokemon"

I searched through the Ask the Masters and couldn't find the answer to this question. So if I doubled an earlier thread, I apolgize. It's just the titles of the Double Rainbow threads are too vague.

Can I have a Double Rainbow Energy attached to a basic Pokemon that is the evolved form of a baby Pokemon as long as the baby Pokemon is under it and the basic on top is there as if it evolved? For example, attaching a DRE to a Marill that is on top of Azurill via Baby Evolution.

Sure. That is considered an "evolved" Basic and it counts as evolved for Double Rainbow.
