Let's say I attach a DRE to a stage 2 pokemon this turn.
Next turn , I evolve that pokemon with DRE into a pokemon ex.
What is going to happen to the DRE??

You discard the DRE. Same if the pokemon becomes a basic... if ever the pokemon is not the proper type for DRE then DRE is gone.
