Double Rebirth

If I had a Ho-oh EX in the discard pile, flipped heads for Rebirth, then flipped heads for Super Scoop Up, and then played a Juniper, discarding the Ho-oh EX, would I be able to use Rebirth again for that Ho-oh EX? Basically, does Ho-oh EX coming out of the discard pile and going back in negate the "Once per turn" stipulation on the ability?

Not so much the coming out of the discard and going back.
The key part of this combo is that it goes back into your hand.
Once it is in your hand, the game loses sight of it and does not see it as the "same" Ho-oh.
So you could use Rebirth again after you Juniper your hand away.
