Do the decks contain anything worth buying the deck for? A NH H or H NH card?
 
The question I'm wondering...Why wasn't steven's advice reprinted if Copycat was?

How do we know that? Are boxtoppers usually listed in the official Set Lists?

Oh and the better question is why TV Reporter was reprinted when it's already in one of the POP sets. Hopefully Steven's is getting reprinted in POP5.

there is no boxtopper. period.
tvr is reprinted because pop2 will probably be rotated out next format.
there will be no pop 5. steven's will probably not be reprinted due to the whole new d/p design.

The Gatr deck has Gatr.
Gatr d. is one of the top cards in the set, so you may want to pick a copy of that one.

no. there are no varients in the decks this time. the gatr deck comes with a blue totodile coin, and the typhlo deck comes with a red cyndaquil coin.

we just got pop 4. for pop 5 to happen, it would have to be released in april-ish, which would be long after d/p is released in america (assuming it has a february release). are you going to tell me that POP is going to take japanese promos and release them in pop 5 AFTER they already released a set that is completely different than what we have now? not a chance--it would confuse everybody. and modifying the cards so they follow the same card design as d/p cards will not happen.

promos will be released in other ways or not at all. perhaps we will get an "emerald-like" set in february instead of d/p, depending on how many promos and whatevers we still don't have. or, as i said, maybe we just won't get certain cards and we will have to deal with it. we will be entering practically a new game and there is no point in going back for the sole purpose of releasing some cards.
 
Ummm... Have we gotten the Eeveelution Stars yet? I don't think so...

How many EX-series promos and potential reprints are there remaining? I think the number is around 50-ish, if you include the amount of speculation on certain cards (Shaman (cuz Admin will never be reprinted), Stevens, Swoop/Surprise, Pow!, et al).

If there is another non-DP set, it would be around 40-50 cards total, unless there are some promos that I'm missing in translation. Could somebody please post which EX-series cards in Japan that have NOT been printed in English? Thx!
 
swoop, pow, suprise, shaman, and admin weren't reprinted in japan.

sorry bullados, but, i've provided enough reason for there not to be another set before d/p. there will be no pop 5, there will probably not be another set. we'll just have to rely on some sort of promotion between now and when d/p is released, or we just won't get certain cards.
