i don't think you understand the point i'm trying to make, the new stadiums can't be locked out by dragonite, so people say, but that are 2 stadiums that can't be locked, wooptydoo.

obviously you lock in your own bf or cb, but you can't stop new stadiums, apparently.

Beginning with the Diamond & Pearl expansion, Stadium cards and Supporter cards now have their own card type and are no longer considered Trainer cards. The Stadium and Supporter cards have had their card faces updated to reflect this change.
Older cards that affect Trainer cards will affect any pre‐Diamond & Pearl Trainer card, as well as any Diamond & Pearl Trainer, Stadium, or Supporter card. For example, if an older card says, “Search your
deck for a Trainer card and put it into your hand,” you may search your deck for any older Trainer card (including Stadium and Supporter cards) or any Diamond & Pearl Trainer, Stadium, or Supporter card, and put it in your hand.
Diamond & Pearl cards that affect Trainer cards will not affect any older Supporter or Stadium card, nor will it affect any Diamond & Pearl Stadium or Supporter card. For example, if a Diamond & Pearl card says, “Search your deck for a Trainer card and put it into your hand,” you may not search for an older Supporter or Stadium or a Diamond & Pearl Supporter or Stadium card.
Pokémon Tool and Technical Machine cards are still classified as Trainer cards.

With budew, turn 2 or very likely 3 should be a target. I worry whether 40 a turn is enough. Even with the dragon roar, some level Xs and DP cards can brush 40 off.

Then again, if you get the win on RPS T2, what chance do they have?

I actually really like this strategy. Could use fearow too so after RPS you can search.

up xatu to 4-4 and ditch alteria, 2 energy attack? not in dire need of excelleration

Use beduw to search out candy, plus Milotic to see their hand (and versus castaway they'll very often have a supporter to use with Sharing). Use Shiftry ex's Skill Hack if there is a good pokémon there, or deafen against rare candy or balls and stadiums. Use scott to lock a crystal beach or wreck their hand with TGW. If you win, then check their hand with sharing and block accordingly otherwise share the supporter they will likely have.

Run purely darkness energy and 4 TV reporters to burn budews and excess cards for better draw and to get out of 3 card situations. Plus you can aim for Turn 1/2 skill hack.

I like the idea. Other cards that could be stopped with Dragonite ex is the Ball engine, Rare Candy, Night Maintenance, and Time-Space Disruption(originally STD, now TSD). The idea could be very effective.

No, it isn't. That's what's sooo great about it. (if it was a supporter, you'd still use it though)

Abra sets you up for early disruption and milotic lets you see what they draw after RPS and with the scottaway engine popular it will frequently give you cards too. Then you know whether to deafen or not.

Alakazam stops powers, plus the cards you discard improve your draw for later and after you shuffle you get more cards.

I like magic_umbreon his idea the most because it gives your opponent handdisruption and yourself control over his powers.
