Wanted to share this with PokeGym as well. Pokemon is Pokemon and everyone should have a chance ot see what is out there!! Have been toying with this idea and the consistency is okay, but it definitely screws things up once it is going.

Pokemon 14
2 Emolga
2 Trubbish
2 Garbodor
4 Dratini
1 Dragonair
3 Dragonite

Trainers 35
4 Colress
4 Juniper
3 Ghetsis
3 Skyla
4 Rare Candy
3 Catcher
2 Switch
4 Ultra Ball
4 Float Stone
2 Exp Share
1 Comp Search
1 Super Rod

Energy 11
4 DCE
3 Grass
4 Electric

There are a few things that can be swapped, but overall a pure lock is amazing. Super rod is questionable, but has proven itself worthwhile if the early setup is wrecked by Plasma. Overall Tier 2 for sure...but in the right Hands....

I sooooo have been contemplating this idea! Don't have the cards but I definitely think it could be a beast... Of course in the right hands! ;) ;).... Ahhh the good old days of dragonite and deafen!.... Fun times!

Definitely a great idea to toy around with.

Some thoughts:
What about 1-2 N, to help keep you from decking as quickly with all the potential big draws?

I would have thought having swablu and Altaria would be good with dragonite for that extra damage :)

By going with Garbo, you shut down a lot more decks. Eels, Plasma, Darkrai..... The lock is way more important.

Deafen ftw. I want a rematch with Rokman!

You could go down on Colress and go 2 N. Ghetsis is too clutch mid to end game whenever you have the lock going and can get those BEEFY draws!!

I thought you would be playing Eels Raticate Clay!!

I have a similar build but I also run 1 EXP Share for clutch situations.
Also I play 3 Energy Switch for hopefully a T-2 lock.

Agreed!

I tested around with it, but in my Meta Area, it was falling too easily to Big Basics (Especially against the Landorus Swarms). So I dropped it after a couple Cities.

Its still being tweaked though :thumb:, for some vengeance for Acid Liability's sake in the near future. :thumb:. Wish I had my Grass partners in crime again!

After extensive testing, even though our lists are around 10 cards different. I feel the deck just doesn't provide a good late game situation. I'm wondering if a tech Shaymin EX could fix this, but I doubt it.
