Do I have to declare which pokemon I am aiming for if there are 6 pokemons on the field?
example: Opponent have 6 pokemons. I have Dragonite with 4 energys and declare Draco Meteor. I flip 3 heads and then I pick my opponent 3 pokemons to put the damage on?
