OK after the release of platinum i've managed to pull 2 drapion lvX's 
So This is a pretty rough list and constructive critisism is much appreciated. I really like this guy's power and love to maxamize his potential.

Stratagy Get out palkia and wevile and control the bored. Dont let your opponnt atk and work on spreading damage. When bringing out their main attacker hold out until you have a second draipion and let tri-poison work its magic. Most of the cards seem self-explanitory.
