The strategy is very simple. Try to get set up with Swampert and/or Delcatty for the draw power. If not, use Meganium's evolutionary call to get any number of those to get there. Use Mightyena EX or Mightyena for attack. Also, use Medicham EX to shut down poke-powers just in case.
