dre on a pokemon question

if u have dre on a pokemon ex: exploud
ambient noise, with dre does it to 40 to de defneding pokemon, and 10 each of de bench pokemon?
or 20 on each?
ex: mashstomp, does it do 20 to one pokemon and 0 on the others
or 20 to one pokemon and 10 to the oothers

Q1: It would do 40 to the active in the event of a heads, and 10 to the opponent's benched in the event of a tails.
Q2: It would do 20 to one and 0 to all others.
