Dual Armor/Multi Energy

In Unseen Forces Magcargo (and others), they have a Poke-Body called Dual Armor. It states that (using Magcargo as an example), if it has a (F) energy attatched to it, it is both Fighting/Fire. If I were to attatch one Multi Energy, would it count as a (F) making it dual-type, and can i use it as (R) for it's attack? making the Multi Energy both (R) and (F) at the same time?

Yes. Multi is all colors all at the same time. So it can trigger an effect from one color even if it's being used to pay an attack cost of another color.
