Ok, then if you're so keen on the idea, why don't you make a few cards?
Generally, this is for the creation of cards rather than just shouting out what we think are cool ideas. Take the time to look through a few posts and you'll see what I mean.

Not a good idea. First off, if you wanted a {W} Ho-Oh, it needs to be a Delta Species, and pretty much everyone here hates that unpopular mechanic.

Secondly, you didn't capitalize Ho-Oh correctly anywhere on the card. The correct capitalization is both the first H and the second O capitalized. It's a very common mistake, though; even some of the most experienced CaCers tend to make that mistake to this day, Wizards made that mistake in both Neo Revelations and Skyridge, and the name is also typed wrong on the Ho-Oh trophy in Super Smash Bros. Melee. The first TCG cards that correctly capitalized Ho-Oh were from EX: Unseen Forces.

The grammar needs a little work as well.

Also, what's with that odd-looking Ho-Oh in the picture? Not even Delta Species went so far as to change its natural color.

Since when do you count as everyone?
We've went over this many times before, Carrington. You are not god. Just because you hate something doesn't mean the rest of the CaC population hates it.
