Dugtrio's pokebody

I have a fairly simple question, that I already think I know the answer to, but I'd like a second opinion.

CARD IN QUESTION <--- That's a link

Dugtrio's first attack says that your opponent must switch. Does that activate it's Pokebody, putting 2 damage counters on the force switched pokemon? Or does in not count as "retreating"?

And perhaps, if you have four Dugtrio, do you put 8 damage counters on that pokemon, plus the 30 damage from the attack?

Since I can't reply to any answers here, thanks a bunch for any replies.:thumb:

Switching is not Retreating.
Retreating is a once per turn voluntary action which requires the payment of a Retreat Cost (which sometimes may be zero).

Not the same action as an effect that moves a Pokemon.

If you did have 4 Dugtrio in play and they voluntarily Retreated, then you would place 8 damage counters on them!
