V.1.0. was the Rough Draft, many changes have been made therefore changing the strategy
so heres V.2.0.

Pokemon 19
3-2-3-1 Dusknoir (3 Reaper Cloth/2 Dark one eye/2 Shadow Command/1Spirit Pulse)
3-2-3 Gengar (3 Pitch Dark/2 Smog/2 Fainting Spell/1 Curse)
2 Uxie
Energy 13
11 Psychic (2 of these will be swapped for call energy when available)
2 Call Energy
Trainers/Supporters/Stadiums 28
4 Bebe's Search
4 Roseanne's Research
4 pokedrawer+
4 Rare Candy
2 Cynthia's Feelings
2 Night Maintenace
1 Luxury Ball
1 Premier Ball
1 Devoluter TM TS-2
2 Warp Point
1 Broken Time Space
2 Moonlight Stadium

Strategy
Moonlight is for Free Retreat on Uxies and Dusknoir
Gengar SF is the main attacker, Curse Gengar helps out by moving damage for more KO's
or one-shotting pesky pixies and can also be a Hit and Run attacker and Replace itself with
Radiance Dusknoir for Spread Damage or bring out SF Gengar to take
a possible KO with it.

Any ideas Would be Greatly Appreciated

4 Psychic
4 Call/(I prefer cyclone)

It's sufficient for these. Unless you use thie costly attacks, Gengar X's and Dusknoir's, but I wouldn't use them unless it's necessary. Spiritomb is good in a deck with these two.

How about this:

-1 Devoluter
-1 Premier Ball
-1 Brokent Time Space
-7 Psychic

+3 Spiritomb
+2 Cyclone
+1 Cynthias

Gives you 4 Spaces, you could add a Claydol line.
