Dusknoir and groudon ex?

Do you think Dusknoir and groudon ex would make a great deck? You could pair thous together and also run the pokemon tool rocky helmet in your deck. If there active pokemon has no damage counter's on it to do 120 damage ' you can just move it to there bench and on to there active pokemon with dusknoir's ability and then use groudon's second attack. Or if you don't need so many damage counters on the active pokemon you can just bring it to a benched pokemon. Or if you you want more damage on the active pokemon you could take it off the bench and bring it to the active pokemon.

Groudon EX – Fighting – HP180
Basic Pokemon

[F][C] Trample: 20 damage. This attack also does 10 damage to each of your opponent’s Benched Pokemon. (Don’t apply Weakness and Resistance when damaging the Bench.)
[F][F][C] Giant Claw: 80 damage. At the time of dealing damage, if the opponent’s Active Pokemon already has 2 or more damage counters on it, this attack does an additional 40 damage.

Pokemon EX Rule: When Pokemon EX is Knocked Out, your opponent takes 2 Prize cards.

Weakness: Water (x2)
Resistance: Lightning (-20)
Retreat: 4

Dusknoir – Psychic – HP130
Stage 2 – Evolves from Dusclops

Ability: Dark Hand
As often as you like during your turn, you may move 1 damage counter on 1 of your opponent’s Pokemon to another one of his or her Pokemon.

[P][C][C][C] Shadow Punch: 60 damage. This attack isn’t affected by Resistance.

Weakness: Darkness (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 3

One of the bigger problems in my groudon deck is late N's. But, if I were to spread that out and take all my last prizes at once, then that might resolve that problem. I think this is a rather good idea to test, thepliskin!

since your running dusknoir why not add plasma gale Weezing

Weezing – Psychic – 100 HP
Stage 1 (Team Plasma) – Evolves from Koffing
Ability: Aftermath
When this Pokemon is Knocked Out by an opponent’s attack, discard the top 3 cards from his or her deck.
[P][C] White Smog: This attack does 20 damage to all of your opponent’s Pokemon.
Weakness: Psychic (x2)
Resistance: none
Retreat: 2

does ok spread and is psychic type like dusknoir so dont need to run 2 different energy types, and has a good ko effect
only downside is stage 1 with not much hp and it and dusknoir dont have a big hit attack but we could toss in mewtwo ex easily.

I actually really like this idea much better than Kyurem. Groudon takes much greater advantage of the damage manipulation and is a sturdier and more powerful Pokemon in general.

It's unfortunate that Groudon possesses a weakness to Keldeo, however.

Wow glaceon you didn't explain well how it will be ohko'd.....and will you ever change claceon.

I was just thinking maybe you could also run prism energy's in this and run darkri ex also.

I believe someone said Keldeo here... its very big in Japan.

Im glad to hear that glaceion the deck im mostly using now counters that deck. Every deck has its weakness. Darkri ex would help out thou.

I think he's saying that the deck he's currently playing/testing right now (which is NOT Groudon/Dusknoir) is doing well against Keldeo.

Curious, but just making sure that's clear.

Keldeo EX won't be 100% of the Meta, at all. I honestly think this is a good idea, you can tech different attackers with Prism. Also, pliskin's ideas turn out to be great in the end!

groudon is pretty awful, I'd much rather play landorus ex, it puts more pressure on the opponent early game and can do 150. you still have keldeo to consider, but if you swap the damage to their blastoise early game, I don't see why the match would be too difficult.

Its my meta game counter deck so it has garbordor in it. And toybox see you move two damage counter's to the active so it will do more damage. But i think its best to run groudon with darkri ex and prism energy's.
