Dusknoir and groudon ex?

Its my meta game counter deck so it has garbordor in it. And toybox see you move two damage counter's to the active so it will do more damage. But i think its best to run groudon with darkri ex and prism energy's.

why would you choose groudon over landorus? landorus does a much better job spreading and putting on pressure early game and its second attack does 150 for 3, which with dusknoir, ohkos everything.

Your opponent just needs to play a small bench and your damage output is cut in half while with landorus you have potential donking and guaranteed 60 t1 for 1.

i've have tried out the same spread and control strategy, and i find kyurem to be the best way to do this (in theory, i have only tested kyurem so i can't say that the other decks idea are bad or better, yet) it is slow, but emolga speeds it up and skyla grabs my rare candies. Also most decks in this meta needs atleast 4 pokemons to work which results in 120 damage i can control and KO important stuff like hydregion after a few turns shaymin and eels after 1 turn, and I don't have to fear weakness at all, the only thing that could ruin me is rayquaza's but those decks need their bench's fully loaded and if they do that i OHKO anything so i win the prize change in the end.

Why not just Vanilluxe/Victini/Dusknoir?

1) Freeze them to death with Vanilluxe

2) Place damage counters to knock out your opponents active Pokemon with Dusknoir

3) Your opponent brings out a new Pokemon.

4) Rinse and repeat.

I actually really like chompy's version better.

Also I agree with whoever said that landorous would be better than groudon. Sure, the first attack maxes out at ten less damage, but your opponent can limit their bench, this limiting your damage output. Plus evolite on the bench reduces your damage output by ten. Plus landorous needs one less energy than groudon.

Landorous.

or even better Articuno EX/dusknoir.

Paralyize. Spread. Repeat.

Articuno would be a much better choice if he came out. Trouble is that Articuno won't be released until February. So right now, what Dusknoir has to work with are either Accelgor or Vanilluxe/Victini.

I haven't got around to testing it yet, but I was also looking at that Vaneluxe. I have a list but it prolly needs a lot of work...I was making it at about 5 in the morning, lol. I was also running into space issues. Again, I will blame that on the lack of sleep...

Also,yChompy, You would be moving counters from their active to their bench so that they never get a chance to attack and kill your Vaneluxe unless they have switch.

It's annoying how many energy it takes... But hey, you get Colress Machines, so I guess it isn't too bad. Watch out for Enhanced Hammers though.

Oh, Sigilyph also poos on your Articunos day... We got something to counter that, right?

I am going to try testing Accelegor, Flygon, Dusknoir, If I can oull it off it will be a very nasty deck.
