This is 1 of my many Dusknoir deck ideas.

To refresh your memory in terms of the Dusknoir Promo:
Dusknoir LV.49 - Psychic - HP130
Stage 2 - Evolves from Dusclops

PokePower: Dark Hide
Once during your turn (before your attack), you may flip a coin. If heads, choose a Pokemon in your opponent's hand and place it on the bottom of his or her deck. This power can't be used if Dusknoir is affected by a Special Condition.

[P][P][C] Spirit Wave - 70 damage. Move 2 damage counters on Dusknoir to 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokemon (ignore this effect if your opponent doesn't have any Benched Pokemon).

Weakness: Darkness +30
Resistance: Colorless -20
Retreat: 2

----------
Pokemon
-----------
4 Duskull (Shiny 1 preferred)
3 Dusclops (TD/Trick Room)
1 Noir DP
1 Noir Promo
1 Noir Shadow Command
1 Noir LV.X
2 Azelf LA
1 Azelf LV.X
2 Mewto (Energy Absorbtion)
1 Mew2 LV.X
1-1 Claydol

Total: 19
----------
Trainers
----------
3 Roseanne's
3 Felicity's
3 Bebe's
4 PokeDrawer+
4 PokeBlower+
3 Energy Link
2 Rare Candy
2 Night Maintenance
2 Moonlight

Total: 26
--------
Energy
--------
11 Basic Psychic
4 Call Energy

Total: 15

Strategy: Get out Noir DP and Noir Promo on the Bench while Noir SC attacks with the LV.X.

Energy Link attached to Mew2 and another Pokemon allows for fast Energy renewal.

I'm playing 3 with the LV.X...Also, Shadow Command is for extra 'inconsistency'.

Also, Dusclops can attack just fine untill you can evolve them into the Noir you want it to be.....

I don't know when you're planning on playing this...the promo Dusknoir isn't in SF. I'd replace it with a Shadow Command one.

Mew2 seems not so good...if they KO it after an Absorb you just wasted an attack.

It's up to you, but that Promo is a part of the control you have over your opponent. It's flippy but stackable!
I don't know if you have seen it's attack, but IMO it's really good. It does a decent amount of damage while healing 2!

It's kinda both

You start by getting the Shadow Command Active ASAP with the LV.X on top at the last second for an effect Stadium.
When Shadow Comand gets KO'd, the Promo becomes a great second attack, dealing 70 while healing 2. This hurts a lot with Noir LV.X as Stadium

And while doing that, you keep Noir DP on the Bench and use the Promo's Poke-Power for a chance to screw up your opponents hand when flipping heads.

Did I explain it well for you?
