Mesprit's (La) Poke-power Says Once during your turn, when you put misprit from your hand onto your bench, you may use this power. Your opponent can't use any poke-powers on his or her pokemon during your opponent's next turn.

so if dusknoir Lv.x is knocked out and your opponent plays a mesprit on there next turn does the dusknoir Lv.x get discarded, put in your opponents hand, or stay in play not effected by mesprits power because its s stadium now.

Stays in play, its a Stadium now. Many Unown that get attached as tools via a Pokemon Power behave the same way... when Powers are turn off, they stay attached.
