I was looking in my binder and kept coming across Dustox PT. Something told me to READ the 2nd ATTACK closer so I did and oh man, in this format would it be interesting! For those of you that haven’t seen the card (many of us haven’t really paid much attention to it because of the G Thang going around) the Second Attack is:

GCC Chemical Scale 60
If the Defending Pokemon has any Poke-Powers or Poke-Bodies, the Defending Pokemon is now Burned and Confused.

Now at first look, this does not seem like much, but match it with 2 Special Dark and Dark Engage from Weavile and your doing 80 damage with a dual status on most everything in the format. I know Unown G is still being played, but get past those and force them to recycle them with resources and you have a Beast!! Against Gengar, if not Ged up, Dakr Engage with no Special Darks and hit them for 90 and hope for tails on the Burn Check.. OHKO with no Feinting Spell! G Pokemon (Not LvX) can be tagged rather easily as well with the Burn check! AmphyTric has bodies so that is covered as well and with Gardellade making a resurgence, Dustox without being Engage can handle both fairly well! So this is a rough list but hopefully it can find a home! Enjoy!!

Ideally if you go second in a match, you want to drop BTS down, throw out weavile on your sneasel, and throw 2 dark on your benched wurmple. Next turn attach a grass to wurmple, candy, dustox, retreat for free, and smack 'em with chemical scale turn 2. So instead of wasting candy, BTS helps.

again no bts.........................

Took out Moonlight and put in BTS!! Man it makes this so much faster! Has anyone else tested this deck against other matchups?? So far Gengar is easily handled... no G attached and Tails on Burn Flip = OHKO! TTAR has issues as they use their Healers earlier than expected, and sometimes just one! The G matchup is difficult, but no surprise there. Have to get those PokeTurns out faster to really give them issues! And the Rampardos matchup is fun to battle. They can 1 shot my Weavile, but the Status forces the retreat or they can't hit me! This is so much fun!
