Eastern Regional Championship - Greensboro, NC - 5/14/05 *UPDATE*

Top Eight is almost underway, if not already. I know that there are at least two in that cut.

They did do a top sixteen cut initially. I do know that John and Steven Silvestro made the top 16 cut. No idea if they made it to top eight though.

I know that the T4 is going on right now, and it will be over at around 8:00 PM. I was just on AIM w/ supertyranitar and he has made the T4, but he couldn't relay the T4 people and decks before he had to go compete in the semifinals. GL to Michael and all the others who have made it thus far!
 
2 of the other top 4 15+ is Brent (spazcrackers) & Chris (Prof Chris) both from Mississippi!!! :thumb:

still battling as of a few minutes ago.

Michael (supertyranitar) lost in the Top 4 to a Slaking deck, so right now he would be playing Ivan for the rights to 3rd place. As for the T2 in the 11-14 right now, I don't know, nor the T2 in the 15+, but I'm trying to dig up as much stuff as I can.

Truly outstanding, Chris. I eagerly await your report, and am pleased that you were cured of that awful "Job" did on you at 3 gym challenges, and nationals last year (jesus a man who gets 2nd three times and T8 at nationals deserves the invite!). But point is you have da powah, and you'll do well with it =)
 
Winners 15+ Chris S first, Brent S 2nd Go MS! Also in top 8 is Kyle Brown! 3 out of 8 Way to go team MS! Imagine if Anna had come and the Lynch Gang, and the rest of the Jackson league had made it!

Really, I am very proud of all of our players, they represented us well, and all exemplified the spirit of the game!

Anna had Soccer State Championships this weekend! BTW they won both today 7-1 an 10-1 Go Blue Flames! Take it all tomorrow!
I can post Soccer since US soccer Assoc has teamed up with Pokemon!
 
The event was a rousing success. I was so busy I just couldn`t do updates. We did Top 8 for 10-, Top 8 11-14, and Top 16 for 15+. It was great to see a nice variety of decks within each Top 4. I don`t think we had a repeat deck in any age group Top 4 although Blaze showed strong with each 1st place.

Jeff will be posting the results either tonight after he gets home or tomorrow or when he can. I`ll post all the prize winners after unless he takes too long...:D
