Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

Editable decklist files

Yeah, open office has been around a long time and it does seem to work fairly well (at least last time I played around with it). So basically, the only people not able to use the Excel file at this point would be the ones without Excel and without broadband. Seems like that would be a relatively small group. :)

And, yeah, I agree on the decision to use Excel, no doubt! Beating Word into doing what you're doing with Excel would be ugly. Can I assume that the Excel data is driven off a Pokepedia export/download of some sort? I mean, is the process of importing the card list and links and such automated in some way so that the Excel file can be kept in sync without killing yourself?

Oh, and just being a typical user now: It'd be nice if the items in the drop down list themselves were links or provided some sort of small "click here" button next to each so that you can view the online card scan immediately instead of swapping between worksheets and re-searching for that same card again. :)

Thanks again!

The card list is just a cut and paste from Pokegym's Research Tower (I hope it's ok with them I did that). There aren't too many sets a year, so it isn't too much work to update it when the time comes.

The drop down list did have links previously, but i printed with the underlines, and i didn't really like the look of that, so changed it . . . so deal with it ;) . . . actually, funny thing about doing this stuff . . . originally the dropdown list for pokemon had the direct link to the card pics, but the trainers and energy didn't . . . tried for a long time to get the trainers to show the links, and couldn't figure it out, so I changed the pokemon to not show the links (but i don't think I can change it back now).

Excel Decklist maker has been updated to 1.6. Energy card section now has basic and special columns similar to the official pokemon decklist.

Has anyone created an editable word states deck list?
I'll work on it today. It's not hard. It just requires that I allocate 30 minutes or so to sit down and do the conversion and type up the post. When done, it'll be posted in the State Editable decklist thread.

Back to back posts merged. The following information has been added:

OK, the States/Prov version has been posted here. Enjoy!

Any chance of getting these updated for Spring Battle Road tournaments? There are a lot of events to have to hand write deck lists for. I sure do appreciate the pdf files. Thanks in advance. It sure would be nice to have this stickied in one place under tournaments and organized play. I always have trouble going back to find it.

I could update the Word doc conversion, but I don't think that's the one you're looking for.

I sure do appreciate the pdf files.
You would need to contact the person (CameraMan) that makes those if you want a new version for the spring battle road.

I agree.

I did a Battle Roads Spring 08 version of the editable MS Word document in this thread. If CameraMan produces an editable PDF version as well, I'll gladly collect it in the same thread as well as we've done in the past.

I got a question for you guys. If replaced the Empoleon card with something from our deck do you think that would be a big deal?

I'm going to unstick this. PM a forum mod if these files are updated... as it is the sets and age categories are wrong.
