The first thing I want to say is I am not too familiar with the future sets, so I can't properly recommend those cards.
My take is that you need to focus on either standard Eels or Rayquaza. Both going on at once defeats the purpose of the decks.

For standard, I would recommend
-2 Quaza EX
-2 Little Quaza
-2 Thundurus
-1 Bicycle (I know it sounds nice, but
-2 Escape Rope (THEY choose for theirs)
-5 fire energy

+1 Raikou EX
+2 Mewtwo EX/Tornadus EX (either 2 Mewtwo or 1-1 split)
+2 Emolga (I like it better for setting up than Thundurus)
+1 N (I'm not sure what comes out when, but if Colress is available replace these two and the 1 Bianca with that)
+1 Cheren
+1 Catcher
+1 Max Potion
+4 DCE

and 1 empty spot

Now about Rayquaza.

-1 Zekrom EX
-2 Thundurus
-2 Bicycle

didnt even think of nrg switch

got out my deck after about a month of not thinking about pkmn and tested emolga and found a much better set up time still i found myself looking for energy

more draw might be the answer but idk

Run rayeels. It's the better option with landorus EX in the format. Also, you need far more search and draw cards. I don't know about energy switch. Play 2 thundurus, he's too good to not have.
 
Energy switch is game winning goodness imo
idk about thundurus or virizion so testing time

Option 2
- 2 virizion
+ 1 ray
+1 thundurus

More configerations will be tested but im pritty much set that virizion is going
