Unown G Guard says prevents all effects of an attack except damage.
2 Questions: What is the easiest way to determine what is an effect and what isn't.
Example: Dragonite Ex is stopped from putting damage counters on a pokemon with unown g.
But would it take damage from Sneasel D&P's Feint attack or Bass attack from Loudred that says does damage as opposed to place damage counters?
Main question is the first one: What is the easiest way to determine what is an effect and what isn't?
