Can't you use the ability Propagation an unlimited amount of times during your turn?

Think of it this way: The game does not know what is in your hand.
So, when you use Propagation and the Egg' goes into your hand, as far as the game is concerned, it has vanished.
So when you discard it later on, the game has no idea whether this is the same Egg' or a different one.
The game allows you to use the Ability of this "new" Egg'.
And so on, and so on, as long as you have a way to get it back into the discard pile again.
So, when you use Propagation and the Egg' goes into your hand, as far as the game is concerned, it has vanished.
