Hi!

At first I think that this cards attack was very clear but now I had to ask anyway.

Electabuzz DP 81

[LL] Shock Wave (20)
Flip a coin. If heads, the Defending Pokemon is now Paralyzed. If Electabuzz is evolved from Elekid, this attack does 20 damage to 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokemon. (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokemon.)

Is the head flip only applicable for the paralyzing effect so if my Electabuzz is evolved from Elekid and I flip tails will I still do 20 damage to a benched pokémon?

Shock Wave does 3 things.

1. 20 damage to the Defending Pokemon.
2. Flip a coin to put the Paralyzed Special Condition on the Defending Pokemon.
3. 20 damage to one of the opponent's Benched Pokemon.

Only #3 relies on Electabuzz being evolved from Elekid.
