If an Electrode (SF) with the 'Radiance' Poke-Body is active and damaged by an attack that sends it to the bench (i.e. 'Whirlwind', 'Rapid Spin'), would 'Radiance' activate?
Electrode's (SF) 'Radiance' vs. 'Whirlwind'/'Rapid Spin'/etc.

You do the damage first, then the effects of the attack (switching). So, as soon as you do the damage, Radiance is activated (before Electrode can be sent to the bench).
