Strategy: the strategy of this deck is to bring out Empoleon lvl X to deal alot of damage. The problem with this deck are the dead draws.

Trainers:
4x bebe search

3x Broken Time Space
3x Roseanne Research
2x Team Galactic Mars

Energy:
18x :water:

-7 Water Energy

+1 Premier Ball
+1 Azelf LA
+1 Luxury Ball
+1 Night Maintenance
+2 Warp Point/Switch
+4 Call Energy

18 Water is way too much and is probably causing the dead draws. Call will help with making starts more consistent. Mars is inferior draw, I know it sort of works with Supreme Command, but only running 2 means this will rarely happen. Premier Ball and Luxury Ball give you some needed search instead. Azelf will get you a key card (like Dialga) if it is prized, Warp Point or Switch will help you level up and retreat Dialga to the bench, or attack with another Pokemon after using Hydro Impact. 1 NM gives you a bit of recovery.

+ 1 luxury ball
+ 2 dusk ball or professor oak's visit:thumb:
 
- 1 empoleon lv. X
- 8 water energy
-1 Broken Time Space

+ 1 Empoleon
+ 4 call energy
+ 2 Night Maintenance
+ 1 Premier ball
+ 1 Rosseane's Research
The extra Team Galaxy's Mars will keep there hand size down with Supreme command and the rest should improve consistency and reduce dead draws.
 
Its a pretty good deck, but have you ever consitered any abomosnow? You should play Mightiena.(from Platnium)
 
which empoleon are you playing md or pt?
If you play pt, use 1-1 mantine.
If you play md, use bronzong/omastar.
No matter which one you play, you should use kyogre to speed up your energies.

If a couple of Empoleons get knocked out, you are done. I think you need a minor tree.

-2 Emp. lvX, +2 Emp (run 2 surf togethers and 2 whirlpool)

-1-1 Dialga (only 2 Empoleons run pokepowers, its not worth it)
-1 POV
+4 pokedex
+3-3 Abomasnow
 
The deck name is "EMO-Pleon", I am not sure what a "pleon" is and if they are emo. :lol:

- 4 Water energy + 4 froslass to help with spread. also - 1 "emopleon" lvX for an MD one.
