Strategy:

T1:

1. Start out with Piplup.
2. Give a :water: Energy to Piplup and use Peck.

T2:

1. Evolve Piplup into Prinplup.
2. Give another :water: Energy to Prinplup.
3. Use Aqua Shower to weaken the benched Pokemon.

T3:

1. Evolve Riolu to Lucario.
2. Evolve the badly damaged Prinplup into Empoleon.
3. If you have a DRE in your hand, Give it to Lucario.
4. Use Ice Blade on weaker Pokemon.

i've never seen mantine played in this deck, it's not needed

you don't need 2 mentor and 2 roseannes,

your energy should look more like this... 5 water 4 multi 5 fighting 2 dre

you can cut at least 1 prinplup since you use candy,

also if your planning on piplup start, remove a riolu ssince 4- 3/1 is only 3 lines of lucario anyway, although lucarios better early on anyway since it's attacks are weak, and it's 20 damage spread sets up to snipe with ice blade or to make 40 damage capable of knocking bigger pokemon out
